Got bored and well..this game needs some type of order. I hate seeing random noobs attacking people that are their allies, and the random and great number of wars.(Kite >_>)

Ok here post any pact you want to make with another village/organization. If they don't accept, war them until they do!(Don't exceed the number Kite does please)

You can also make a treaty post, when you beat another village/org and they surrender for good then you make demands/terms.(Don't make these demands stupid..make them reasonable, remember, that village will try to beat you in the future unless you make them your ally) If the village fails to meet these terms, then destroy their village. :D

Some terms I'm thinking of -
A certain number of people of (insert name) village must do particular missions for the Kage/Village for a certain amount of time.
Keep your villagers under control the next time one of my villagers go to your village with no intention to kill.(Yes, I mean Leaf)
Pay a certain amount of money.
Surrender your Kageship!! Muahaha
Litterally make another village apart of your village.(Become the dictator of another village lol)

Just be creative about it.

Most of these terms would be impossible to make happen unless you can take on the entire village by yourself. Which is just not possible for anyone(even Titanic). A few Naras and he is ****ed.
